COMPREHENSIVE PRE-TRAVEL SURVEYS

A pre-trip site survey is one of the most important tasks that we conduct prior to a client's arrival in country. Advance party Attachés collect atmospherics and conduct area familiarization including, but not limited to:

  • Overall threat assessment of region; Servius Group has access to information beyond open source information found online

  • Casing port, exit/entry points, security guard/cameras, POCs, location of U.S. embassy 

  • Hospital (emergency numbers, specialty care, decompression chamber, level of trauma care, English speaking doctor/nurse, routes, ambulance service/air MEDVAC)

  • Police stations: POC numbers, capabilities, and routes (primary, secondary, tertiary)

  • Restaurants: casing, exits and entry points, secure table locations, security systems, routes, reservations, and POC

  • Vehicles: Company vetting (drivers and vehicles), arrangements for armored vehicles or convoy
